Distribution Amplifiers
A Distribution Amplifier is a type of amplifier that is mounted indoors, usually in a central location, and is used to "distribute" signal to multiple locations. In areas with very weak signals you would need to use a pre-amplifier first to boost the signal levels up to a point where they can be distributed.
Distribution amplifiers are available in many configurations. There are distribution amps designed to cover just off air frequencies and those designed to cover off air and cable frequencies. Channel Master offers the following types of distribution amplifiers: Single output models, Multiple output models (2, 4, and 8 outputs), Broadband models (covers wide range of frequencies, ie...50 to 900 MHz), and Split Band models (designed to cover select frequencies, ie...VHF, 54 - 216 MHz; UHF, 470 to 900 MHz)

HDA-200 Distribution Amplifier $61.43
The HDA-200 has a single RF input, 24 dB gain, single RF output, with a 5-42 MHz 2-way bi-pass at +12 dB gain. The HDA-200 has 0-18 dB gain control and 20 dB “switchable” FM trap to eliminate those offending FM radio stations. These features, when combined with the 12 dB of amplified gain for the 2 way 5-42 MHz return path make the HDA- 200 a superior solution for the “Techno” savvy consumer.
HDA-100 Distribution Amplifier
The Winegard HDA-100 is a single RF input, 15dB gain, single RF output, with a 5-42 MHz 2-way bi-pass at -2 dB loss.

The ACA-35-1000 is a quality, broadband, indoor distribution amplifier, designed for RF distribution systems, such as apartment complexes, hospitals, schools, prisons, and hotels. This amplifier is ideal for those RF distribution systems whose input source is a "cable drop", the output of a MAT V / S M ATV headend, or the output of a small CATV headend.
The ACA-35-1000 amplifier has flat 35 dB of operational gain, which is variable using a built-in gain control. T h e s e amplifiers use a push-pull discrete amplifier stage, capable of delivering high output levels with low distortion, even in systems with 110 channels of programming.
The A C A -35-1000 is housed in a compact, aluminum chassis that provides excellent heat dissipation. This allows the ACA-35-1000 to be operated at high ambient temperatures with no degradation of performance or reliability. T h e A C A Series is provided with an external power transformer for use with 117 VAC power.
