The Versa Tap Series includes professional quality, wall taps and wall plates. Blonder Tongue offers the most complete and most mechanically robust line of wall taps and wall plates available, while providing superior electrical performance. These products are manufactured using steel back plates, ivory plastic front filler plates and RFI sealed couplers and splitters and are designed for all systems, ranging from the small to the most complex. These taps are available in a wide range of coupling values (4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20, 24, 27, and 30 dB) and are designed for wide band operation (5 to 900 MHz). Models are available with dual outlets, 75 and 300 ohm connections, separate FM connections, and 5 pin DIN connectors for bedside control. RFI shielded models are also available (see chart on page F6-2).

The entire Ve r s a Tap line is made in the United States and are designed to fit all standard electrical boxes and cover plates. The 300 ohm connections are made with a stripless screw bridge, which provides a firm mechanical hold for twinlead wire and positive contact without the necessity of stripping wire. The Ve r s a Taps are power blocked to protect the television set when the system is line or cable powered.

Blonder Tongue's VersaTap Series is the most complete and mechanically robust line of MATV and CATV wall taps and plates available. These products are manufactured using steel back plates with ivory plastic front filler plates (except TF-GF-FT). RFI shielded models are available in coupling values of 4, 6, 9, 12, 16, 20, 24, 27, and 30 dB and are designed for CATV wide band operation (5 to 900 MHz). Non-RFI shielded outlets suitable for off-air UHF/VHF MATV applications (only) are available in 12, 17 and 23 dB values. Models are available with dual outlets, separate FM connections, and 5 pin DIN connectors for bedside control in hospitals. The entire VersaTap line is designed to fit all standard electrical boxes and cover plates.
