APPLICATION:

Variac is suitable for the appliance controlled by a variable voltage such as: Home appliances, Automatic systems, precision equipment, Telecommunication system, Laboratory & test equipment. Helps find defective circuit by bringing up an AC input voltage slowly.

CAUTION:

1. Never use the variac in an overload condition and never exceed the current rating. The current rating and the KVA rating are specified under the condition of the 10% input voltage deviation.

2. Take account of the voltage drop which occurs between the regulator variac and load.

3. When connecting the output socket to load, use cables of higher ratig than the desired output current to avoid unnecessary voltage drop.
