UHF only antennas tend to be smaller than antennas that need to receive VHF as well as UHF. In my location the analog UHF stations come in with some snow off my combination U/V antenna but come in crystal clear on digital tv antenna and HDTV and never break up. Reception mileage based on reception over open, flat terrain. Surrounding structures, transmitting antenna height and power, and receiving antenna height and placement will effect the overall results.
In my personal test this antenna worked very well on UHF stations as well as VHF 7-13. Test location is about 40 miles from UHF and VHF stations. I tested it indoors.
