Eclipse warrants the purchaser ( end user) that the products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of 5 years from the time of sale

Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product, at eclipse's discretion. Issuance of a credit for the defective goods shall occur only when the item is no longer available for replacement or it can not be repaired. The resolution of such a claim shall be at the discretion of Eclipse.

An original receipt of the sale dated sometime within the previous 5 years must accompany warranty returns. Purchaser must obtain a MRA # from Eclipse This number must be marked on all containers of returns.
