The Shopping cart lets you add several items, calculate shipping cost to your zip code and pay using PayPal, bank transfer or Credit Card all processed by PayPal. WE use PayPal because they have a very secure on line processing system. Calculate your shipping by entering the UPS type shipping you want then enter your zip code and recalculate.

If you want to pay online with a credit card choose PayPal on the Step 2 Page and  on Step 3 you will be able to pay with a credit card or Bank transfer even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Many Items we now have listed with "BUY NOW" that we have a flat rate shipping price added. It is still best to contact us for a shipping price quote if you want multiple items.

Products that are delivered in damaged condition: If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions.

The components sold by us carry an individual manufacturer's warranty. We can not extend any manufacturer's warranty. Some warranty claims must be sent to the manufacturer, or their service representative. We are not liable for product performance. Products are sold as-is with no other warranty, other than the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.

You are responsible for return shipping charges to us . We will bear the cost of shipment of the replacement item to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of a shipping error

We (the seller) are not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

Return Policy:

Returnable Products may be returned within thirty (30) days of your product's shipping date.

The Return for credit Product must be  in re-sellable condition, 100% complete, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided at the time of delivery. The consumer will be charged for any item that is returned in an incomplete condition, i.e. missing cables, manuals, remotes, etc. In the event that we charge you for items missing and the items are returned within 7 days, you will be credited for the amount charged upon return of the missing items. Special Order items may not be returned/cancelled except in the case of defects, and will receive exact replacement only.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all returns and always on Blonder Tongue.

Note: Most rod type TV antennas are non-returnable because once they are assembled or folded out we have no way of knowing if they have been damaged by trying to re-fold or / and stuff them back in the box. We can not resell an antenna that has been returned and take the chance we are sending a customer  damaged product or one that is missing pieces. Ask before you order if you think you will be wanting to return it.
