3010 Antenna Instruction sheet
Channel Master, America's pioneer developer and manufacturer of home TV antennas, ushers in a new era in off-air broadcast reception with the introduction of the StealthTenna.
Optimized for receiving HDTV/Digital and current analog signals, the StealthTenna offers the performance and aesthetics today's consumers demand for their ever-changing reception needs.
The StealthTenna comes fully assembled for easy do-it-yourself or professional installation and is the perfect complement to DBS satellite systems for receiving local broadcast not offered from satellite.
For additional signal gain, StealthTenna can be equipped with an optional amplifier that fits easily inside the antenna housing. The amplifier, which utilizes separate circuitry for VHF and UHF amplification, provides a gain of 15 dB. The rear-mounting feature allows the StealthTenna to be easily installed under an eave for an inconspicuous installation. It may be mounted in traditional roof, chimney, wall and attic configurations as well.

STEALTH ANTENNA MOUNTED WITH A WINEGARD DS1000 TO A DSS SATELLITE DISH EASY WAY TO ADD OFF AIR LOCAL UHF/VHF TV STATIONS AND IMPROVE FM RADIO RECEPTION
For only
$32.35 I extra recommend the Optional amplifier board
available (Model 3038) mounts inside the STEALTH antenna if you are more
than 20 miles from TV transmitters.
It does not say so in the amplifier instructions but, you also must loosen and remove the nut that is around the "F" connector when you are installing the amplifier in the STEALTHtenna. The instructions only mention the 2 screws that hold the cover.
As with any preamp you must have a direct run of coax between the preamp and it's power supply. You can use power passive diplexers as shown below.
You can use Power Passive Diplexer( 4022 IFD single or 4032 IFD for dual )to have your U/V/FM signal come down on the same coax that your DSS signal is coming in on. You will also need a 4001 IFD diplexer behind each receiver to separate out the DSS signal and the off air UHF/ VHF signal.
